Who we are
The party responsible for your data is Visionary Life LLC, operating as Vision Intelligence™, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at hello@visionintelligence.co.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you use the app: what you write and create in the Vision Map app, such as your answers, narrative, images and experiments.
- When you write to us or take part in a beta or feedback conversation: your messages and what you tell us. In beta applications we may also ask for your age range, role, industry and experience with vision work.
Why we collect it
To provide the Vision Map, process your payment, support you, and learn how to improve the experience. We do not use your data for anything else.
Why we are allowed to
We need your data to deliver what you bought, and you give us your consent where we ask for it, for example in a beta application or a feedback conversation. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who sees it
Only our team. We use a few trusted services to run the product: Stripe for payments, Google Forms for applications, a hosting provider for the Vision Map app, and an AI service that helps generate your narrative and images. They process data on our behalf, and your data may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries. Where the law requires it, we use standard contractual safeguards for these transfers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your vision with anyone.
How long we keep it
Your vision map content until you ask us to delete it. Payment records for as long as the law requires us to keep them. Beta application answers and feedback for up to 12 months after the beta ends. Anything we use in a summary or case study is anonymous unless you give us written permission to name you.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@visionintelligence.co. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you live in a place with its own privacy laws, such as California, we will honor the rights those laws give you.
Who this is for
Vision Intelligence™ is for adults aged 18 and over. It is a personal development practice. It is not therapy and does not replace medical or psychological care.
